Loan Recipients
One of most recent loan recipients is Rishi Patel.
Rishi completed his Certificate and Master of Science (MS) in Prosthodontics at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in Loma Linda, California.
This involved a 3-year full time postgraduate training period that encompassed all facets of Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics, and included aspects of surgical and prosthetic implant dentistry and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics. Following the completion of his Prosthodontic training, he completed a further 1 year Fellowship in Implant Dentistry. This covered all aspects of surgical and prosthetic implant dentistry, including bone and soft-tissue augmentation techniques, guided implant surgery and the immediate loading of dental implant prostheses.
Since returning to the UK, Rishi divides his time between private practice focused on Prosthodontics and Implant dentistry and a part-time teaching position at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute.
